David Laros
Partner
David Laros leads omnichannel projects for Beghou’s life sciences clients. He is an experienced analytics and commercial effectiveness practitioner who specializes in using advanced analytics to optimize promotional response and engagement with health care professionals, patients and organizations. Prior to joining Beghou Consulting in 2021, he was Vice President of Marketing Sciences at WebMD, where he led global analytics-based client services and teams throughout the U.S., France, and India. He also spent more than 15 years in various analytics roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, and 10 years at Tyco Health Care. He earned an MBA from Fairfield University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.

Amish Dhanani
Partner
For more than a decade, Amish Dhanani has helped life sciences companies implement and execute strategies tied to data science and analytics, and omnichannel promotion. Currently, he leads data science, artificial intelligence, omnichannel and digital operations teams in Beghou’s Pune, India, office. Amish helps companies extract deeper insights from their data through artificial intelligence and advanced analytics processes. He previously worked at Eversana Consulting, where he set up the firm’s data science team in Pune, and ZS, where he supported the firm’s omnichannel team. Amish earned an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and instrumentation engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, DAVV in Indore, India.

Jason Stephani
Partner
Jason Stephani has more than 30 years of experience helping life sciences companies plan commercialization efforts and expand therapy access. His background spans enterprise data management, commercial planning and data analytics. Prior to joining Beghou, Jason served as a Principal at Axtria, where he led complex, global enterprise data management programs for life sciences companies. He has also held leadership, technology, and sales roles at Cognizant, Sepracor, and Merck over the course of his career. Stephani holds an EMBA from Columbia Business School and a BA, BE in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
