Abhigya Jain

Partner

Abhigya Jain partners with life sciences companies on technology advancements, data-driven solutions and end-to-end commercialization. His expertise spans various domains, including value and access, sales force strategy, customer insights, patient centricity, data analytics, data warehousing, and operations excellence. Prior to joining Beghou, Jain worked as an Associate Principal at Eversana and a Consultant at ZS. He earned a bachelor’s degree in information and technology from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, DAVV.

Adrienne Lovink

CEO

As CEO, Adrienne Lovink is leading Beghou’s next phase of growth and building on its reputation as a trusted commercialization partner in life sciences. She is focused on expanding into new areas of client demand; advancing the firm’s data, AI, analytics, and technology innovation; and investing in its people and culture. Adrienne has over 25 years of experience partnering with pharmaceutical and medical device companies to advance commercialization, market access, forecasting, digital health, real-world data, and advanced analytics, including as a Partner at Trinity Life Sciences and Global Head of Real-World Data and Advanced Analytics at DRG / Clarivate. She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Toronto.

Amish Dhanani

Partner

For more than a decade, Amish Dhanani has helped life sciences companies implement and execute strategies tied to data science and analytics, and omnichannel promotion. Currently, he leads Beghou's AI and advanced analytics solutions. Amish helps companies extract deeper insights from their data through artificial intelligence and advanced analytics processes. He previously worked at Eversana Consulting, where he set up the firm’s data science team in Pune, and ZS, where he supported the firm’s omnichannel team. Amish earned an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and instrumentation engineering from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, DAVV in Indore, India.

Beth Beghou

Founder and Board Member

Beth Beghou has helped life sciences companies around the world address sales and marketing issues for more than 30 years. Drawing on a deep understanding of commercialization strategies in the pharmaceutical industry, she has worked with both emerging and established companies on incentive compensation planning, sales force sizing, territory design, targeting, and more. Beth earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in French and economics from the University of Nebraska. She was a senior engagement manager at a global sales and marketing consultancy before founding Beghou Consulting in 1993.

Chris Berg

Partner Emeritus

Chris Berg has developed software products and custom business software for 30 years. He specializes in developing software for the life sciences industry. He has extensive experience in designing pharmaceutical software tools across platforms from emerging and established pharmaceutical companies. He has worked with a variety of clients across industries and teams of all sizes – from large teams that involve clients and contractors to two-person teams. Chris earned a master’s degree in computer science and bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University. Prior to joining Beghou Consulting, he worked at a global sales and marketing consultancy, as well as at Zurich North America and Bantix Technologies.

Dan Cardinal

Chief Technology Officer and Partner

For more than 20 years, Dan Cardinal has been involved in all aspects of software engineering, delivering a wide variety of applications to the life sciences industry. As Chief Technology Officer, Dan oversees enhancements to Beghou’s expanding suite of commercialization technology. Prior to becoming Chief Technology Officer, Dan led the development, delivery, and operations management of Beghou's sales force targeting and alignment platform. He joined Beghou after a 13-year career at ZS, where he last served as an Associate Principal. Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dan Schulman

Dan Schulman has more than 20 years of experience working with life sciences clients on commercial analytics, incentive compensation, sales force size and structure, forecasting, business intelligence reporting, and data management. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Dan earned bachelor’s degrees in both sociology and mathematical methods in the social sciences from Northwestern University.

Dan Wetherill

Partner

Dan Wetherill has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting. He assists clients with their data and analytical capabilities, including end-to-end commercialization and portfolio optimization. He has led many engagements in areas such as launch strategy and transformation, data science, digital marketing, commercial analytics, forecasting, primary and secondary market research, performance reporting, mobile applications, and data and technology strategy and information management. Dan’s experience spans multiple industries, including health care, high tech, insurance, hospitality and transportation. He has also directed research on analytics industry trends and presented on analytics topics at industry conferences. Dan has an MBA from the Columbia Business School and bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.

David Laros

Partner

David Laros leads omnichannel projects for Beghou’s life sciences clients. He is an experienced analytics and commercial effectiveness practitioner who specializes in using advanced analytics to optimize promotional response and engagement with health care professionals, patients and organizations. Prior to joining Beghou Consulting in 2021, he was Vice President of Marketing Sciences at WebMD, where he led global analytics-based client services and teams throughout the U.S., France, and India. He also spent more than 15 years in various analytics roles at Boehringer Ingelheim, and 10 years at Tyco Health Care. He earned an MBA from Fairfield University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.

Dennis Fournogerakis

Dennis Fournogerakis advises life sciences companies on sales force sizing and deployment, portfolio optimization, targeting, market assessment and forecasting, and incentive compensation. He is particularly skilled in leading successful commercialization strategies for oncology therapies and orphan drugs. He was named a PM360 ELITE 2020 “Leader of the Future.” Dennis joined the firm in 2013 after earning a doctorate in chemistry from Stanford University and bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Donna Cooper

Board Member

Donna Cooper is an Operating Partner at Varsity Healthcare Partners with more than 20 years of executive experience in health care operations and finance. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Duly Health and Care, a $2 billion physician group, and COO of Advocate Medical Group, where she led value-based care initiatives and large-scale operational improvements. Earlier, she held CEO and CFO roles at Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa and began her career as a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Iowa.

Erik Cruz

Erik Cruz helps life sciences companies improve their commercial strategies. He specializes in data management, technology development and forecasting. He also has significant experience designing sales forces and incentive compensation plans for teams promoting unique therapies, including those that treat rare diseases. Erik is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University.

Jason Stephani has more than 30 years of experience helping life sciences companies plan commercialization efforts and expand therapy access. His background spans enterprise data management, commercial planning and data analytics. Prior to joining Beghou, Jason served as a Principal at Axtria, where he led complex, global enterprise data management programs for life sciences companies. He has also held leadership, technology, and sales roles at Cognizant, Sepracor, and Merck over the course of his career. Stephani holds an EMBA from Columbia Business School and a BA, BE in Engineering from Dartmouth College.

Jon Hesby

Jon Hesby has advised pharmaceutical companies on their sales and marketing issues for 30 years. He uses advanced analytics to help pharmaceutical companies enhance commercial performance. He has worked with emerging and established pharmaceutical companies on sales force sizing and structure, sales force deployment, incentive compensation, forecasting, and more. Jon earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, with a double major in industrial engineering and economics. He joined Beghou Consulting after 11 years at a global sales and marketing consultancy.

John Dawley

Board Member

Through his advisory roles at Beghou Consulting and Veeva Systems, John Dawley has contributed insight from his extensive experience as a commercial leader for data and technology companies serving the life sciences industry. Over the course of his career, Dawley successfully scaled technology solutions, developed agile commercialization models, and built out the sales organization at Veeva Systems. He also currently serves as a member on the Board of Trustees at his alma mater, Providence College.

Jon Sandler

Executive Chairman

Jon Sandler has built a series of successful, high-growth, information services companies supporting clients in healthcare and financial services, both domestically and internationally, for more than three decades. An active investor in tech-enabled health care services businesses, he previously served as Chairman and CEO of Decision Resources Group, a provider of data, analytics, and insights products and services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology companies. Sandler earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Harvard University.

Justin Khalifa

Justin Khalifa has worked with life sciences clients for more than 10 years and specializes in business intelligence solutions, data management, and channel data aggregation. Based in the firm’s New York office, he leads Beghou’s business intelligence service offering and played a key role in the development of Beghou's proprietary cloud-based data and analytics platform. Justin was named a PM360 ELITE 2019 “Leader of the Future.” He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Northwestern University.

Kenton Rosenberry

Board Member

Kenton Rosenberry is a Founding Partner of Varsity Healthcare Partners and has extensive experience investing in lower middle-market health care services companies. Prior to founding Varsity, he was a Partner at Enhanced Equity Funds and a Senior Managing Director at MTS Health Investors. He began his career in the health care investment banking group at Bear Stearns, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Rosenberry earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin Frymire

Kevin Frymire has partnered with emerging life sciences companies for over 10 years and specializes in data management and commercial operations support. He leads Beghou’s Boston office. Kevin earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also earned a master’s degree in sports administration and bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Melissa McDevitt

Melissa McDevitt guides life sciences companies on a wide range of commercial effectiveness issues. Her areas of expertise include incentive compensation, sales force sizing and alignment, and segmentation and targeting. Melissa is based in the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Michigan and a doctorate in neurobiology and physiology from Northwestern University.

Meredith Ressi

Chief Growth Officer

As Chief Growth Officer, Meredith oversees Beghou’s brand-building and revenue-generation initiatives. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience building solutions and driving growth at health care data and analytics companies. Prior to joining Beghou, Meredith was Senior Vice President of Value Development for Clarivate’s Science Group portfolio. She also held several roles at Decision Resources Group, including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and head of the company’s digital business unit. In these roles, Meredith partnered with life sciences companies to develop and commercialize patient- and data-centric solutions. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and urban studies from Brown University.

Michael Gordon

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Michael leads Beghou’s finance, accounting, and financial reporting functions. He brings significant experience in corporate finance, accounting, and business valuation matters, all in the context of strategic decision-making. Michael is actively involved in driving growth, as well as assessing risks and opportunities to define, analyze, and pursue the Beghou’s strategic goals and objectives. Prior to joining Beghou, he was a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer for StoneTurn, a global advisory firm comprised of experienced accountants, economists, and technology experts supporting corporate and individual clients. Michael earned a Master of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University, New Orleans.

Nicole Ventrone has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and technology supporting the life sciences industry, specializing in commercial excellence, omnichannel marketing, and artificial intelligence and machine learning implementations. Prior to joining Beghou, Nicole held leadership positions at IQVIA, Axtria and ODAIA Intelligence. Nicole earned a master’s degree in sociology from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from University of California San Diego.

Piotr Kula

An expert in commercial data management and analytics, Piotr Kula helps life sciences companies quickly process, manage, and analyze large volumes of commercial data using the latest advancements in technology. Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, he played a key role in the development of Beghou’s proprietary cloud-based data and analytics platform. Piotr earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and operations research and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

As an experienced consultant for life sciences companies, Robert specializes in sales and marketing analytics, including mathematical modeling, data analysis, statistical modeling, and operations research. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Robert earned a doctorate in industrial engineering and management science from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in operations research and information engineering from Cornell University.

Robert Rouse has more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and consulting industries, with deep expertise in market access, pricing and reimbursement, payer analytics, and value strategy. He has supported the development and launch of over 50 products across small molecule, biologic, vaccine, and gene therapy platforms. Prior to joining Beghou, Robert served as Head of Market Access at CSL Behring and held leadership roles at IQVIA, Campbell Alliance, and Deloitte Consulting. He earned a master’s degree in international business and economics from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in history and public policy from Cornell University.

Rohit Gupta

Rohit Gupta leads commercial transformation projects for Beghou’s life sciences clients. He specializes in end-to-end commercialization, with a focus on innovation and forward-looking strategy and enablement across large and emerging biopharma. He has deep expertise in launch planning, growth strategy, sales and marketing excellence, advanced analytics, and AI-driven enablement. Gupta also has extensive global experience, having worked in the EU, China and India. Gupta joined Beghou in 2021 from ZS. He earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from Panjab University, India.

Steve Trokenheim

Steve Trokenheim has worked with pharmaceutical companies on sales and marketing issues since 1995. He helps companies address commercial challenges by utilizing advanced data analytics to optimize sales force size and structure, segmentation and targeting strategies, and incentive compensation plans. Steve earned a doctorate in nuclear physics and a dual bachelor’s degree in the integrated science program and mathematics from Northwestern University. He joined Beghou Consulting after eight years at a global sales and marketing consultancy.

Vishal Singal

Vishal Singal has more than 20 years of experience guiding life sciences commercial leaders on patient-centric solutions from strategy to execution across the product life cycle. Vishal partners with clients to enable successful launches in rare disease, cell and gene therapy, oncology, and other specialty markets. He has launched multiple products globally and has helped companies improve patient outcomes through analytics and data science innovation, digital health, and integrated data ecosystems. He previously led the Patient Solutions Practice at Axtria and held leadership roles at IQVIA, Accenture, and PwC. Vishal earned an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an architecture degree from Punjabi University in India.

Yair is an expert in real-world data, enterprise data strategy and patient solutions. He joins Beghou after spending 10 years at IQVIA, ZS Associates and Axtria. His experience spans therapeutic areas and includes rare and ultra-rare diseases. His core areas of focus include data strategies, patient analytics and digital therapeutics. Yair earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.
